Franklin Habit

When I lived in Boston I enjoyed celebrating Evacuation Day (the anniversary of British troops leaving the city) because "evacuation" was Sister Mary Regina's oft-repeated fifth-grade euphemism for what one did in the restrooms after eating lunch. I used to post a sign in my office cubicle: HAPPY EVACUATION DAY! MAKE IT A GOOD ONE! and put out a little bowl of prunes for everyone to share. Nobody got it.
