Fiona Ellis

I’m not really one for souvenirs, so the best things I bring home are my photographs. I love how an image can evoke the feeling of a day or remind us of something we had forgotten. I love to take pictures of the meals I have eaten, as well as the sights I saw, or places I visited. After returning from a trip three years ago I began keeping a photo journal- I take a photo every day even on days when I am not doing anything exciting, to remind myself of how there is always something fun or remarkable in the mundane. I am especially delighted to be able to share some of the images I have collected in my travels (far and near) in the notebook this issue!
