Living in Canada those days happen a few times each winter. When the schools are closed for a “snow day” I also take a day off. I don’t see why, even though my commute doesn’t require me to leave the house, I should miss out. I love these cozy days indoors with a mug of hot chocolate snuggled up under blanket with a good book and probably some knitting. Then in the afternoon as the light fades I like to go out for a tramp around, to explore and take some photos, of a world blanketed in white.
