What really gets me moving is a long to-do list in my daily planner. There’s something so satisfying about marking things done that I find myself taking on more the busier I am. When there’s nothing on the list, the momentum stops. Though if we’re talking about moving in a physical sense, it’s one of two things: Katy Perry or Cretan folk music.
