Gauge:
17 sts and 23 rows = 4" / 10 cm over Stockinette Stitch using larger needles
20 sts and 23 rows = 4" / 10 cm over 1x1 Ribbing using smaller needles, after blocking unstretched
21-stitch panel from Chart = 4 ¾" / 12 cm wide using larger needles

Construction Notes:  Cowl neck, long sleeve pullover with a lace panel at center front and back. Alternating bands of eyelet and ribbing add interest to the cowl and sleeves. Knit from the bottom up in pieces and sewn together. The lace pattern is given in chart form only.
