Needles & Notions:
Size 7 US / 4.5 mm circular needle, 24–40" / 60–100 cm long, depending on your size
Size 7 US / 4.5 mm in preferred style for small circumference knitting in the round

Gauge:
16 sts and 24 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Stockinette Stitch after blocking
20.5 sts and 24 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Umbrella Stitch after blocking
19 sts and 25 rows = 4" / 10 cm in ribbing

Construction Notes:  A turtleneck A-line tunic worked in the round from the bottom up for minimal finishing. A lacey twisted stitch pattern runs up both sides of the body and is echoed in the sleeve cuffs. The stitch pattern is given in both chart form and row-by-row instructions.
