This skirt is worked in the round from the waist down. The waistband is folded over to enclose the elastic. Knit ribs swirl around the skirt on a reverse Stockinette stitch ground, and end in leaf motifs. The leaf patterns are given in chart form only.

Gauge:
23 stitches and 32 rounds = 4" / 10 cm in Stockinette stitch using smaller needles
20 stitches and 28 rounds = 4" / 10 cm in Reverse Stockinette stitch using larger needles
