The body of this cardigan is worked in one piece from the lower edge to the armholes, then divided for front and back. The sleeves are knit in the round from stitches picked up around the armholes, using short rows to shape the sleeve caps.  The cardigan features a shaped waist and deep scooped neckline. The cable and texture patterns are given in both chart form and row-by-row instructions.
