Construction Notes: This hood begins with the Vine patterned front bands, which are grafted together at the top. Stitches are picked up along the edge of the bands and worked toward the back of the hood, with the Vine pattern along the neck edge and an embossed diamond pattern in the center. The Vine patterned bands are grafted together at the back neck and the remainder of the hood is shaped to a point. Applied i-cord is worked along the front edge, with a 3-dimensional leaf at each end. Additional leaves are attached to short lengths of i-cord and sewn to the point.
