Construction Notes: This shawl begins at the neck edge with a garter stitch border. The beaded cable and lace panel at center back is flanked with segments of reverse stockinette stitch, which expand with lines of yarn over eyelets in the center of each segment. The shawl finishes with a leaf lace border. The cable and lace patterns are presented both in charts and in row-by-row instructions. The beads are placed with the crochet hook method.
