Needles & Notions:
Size 8 US / 5 mm needles

Eight buttons 7/8" / 22 mm diameter, one button 5/8" / 16 mm diameter, stitch markers, scrap yarn, tapestry needle

Gauge: 15 ½ sts and 22 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Stockinette stitch

Construction Notes: Worked in pieces and sewn together.  The tops of the pockets are knit into the fronts, then rest of the edges are sewn to to the inside. Buttonholes are worked into the right front. The collar is worked from stitches picked up along the neck edge.
