This is a left-leaning decrease most commonly seen in older patterns.
It looks the same on the right side as ssk, ssk variation, k2tog tbl, and ssp.
It mirrors with the right-leaning decrease k2tog. 
 

Slip one stitch as if to knit.
 

Knit one.
 

Pass slipped stitch over.
