Construction Notes: These socks are worked from the cuff down on either a long circular needle or double pointed needles. A cuff of twisted ribbing flows into vertical panels of twisted ribbed cables. The cable patterns are presented as charts only. The heel has a ribbed flap and standard gusset shaping. The charted pattern continues down the top of the foot while the sole is worked in Stockinette st. The toe shaping is integrated into the cable pattern. |
