 
Twist is celebrating our first Anniversary, and we’re in a festive mood. For every pattern and item sold in August (including the new fall designs), we will throw your name in the party hat; multiple purchases means multiple opportunities in our prize drawing. Lucky knitters will receive free patterns, tape measures, books, yarn, and other goodies; winners will be notified in early September, and announced on the blog. 
Julia will have lots of the new fall designs and other picks from the box of sweaters at Nana’s Knitting in Oak Lawn, Illinois on August 21, from 6 in the evening. Stop by to pet the sweaters, and for a special Twist Collective surprise. Check their website for further details.
 Don’t forget all the fun and festivities at Fiber Revival in Newbury, Massachusetts, on the 15th. Vendors, classes, and demonstrations are listed on the website. Julia will be there, and you can try on her dark grey Sylvi, even if it will probably be too warm to run off with it.
