Construction Notes: This jacket begins with two cable panels worked on the diagonal and sewn together at the center back. The cable patterns are presented in charts only. Stitches are picked up along the edge of the cable panels for the upper back and fronts. Stitches are picked up along the other edge of the cable panels for the lower ribbing, which is shaped with short rows. The set-in sleeves are worked in reverse Stockinette st and sewn into the armholes. Stitches are picked up along the front and neck edges for the buttonbands and collar, which is shaped with short rows. |
