09.18.09 Page 5 - In the Cuff Chart on rows 5 and 7, the yarn overs to the left and right of the k2tog and ssk stitches, respectively, have been moved. The yarn overs are now to the left and right of the middle "knit through back loop" stitch.
06.14.10 Page 5 - In the Cuff Chart on row 25, st 1 is ktbl and sts 2 and 8 are now p.

Page 4 - On the chart, some decreases have been moved:

On rows 14 and 21, the k2tog symbols have been removed; all stitches are knit.

On row 15, there is a k2tog at the second stitch and the last stitch (both stitches are CC). On row 22, there is a k2tog at the first stitch (CC) and the second to the last st (MC).

08.26.09 Page 4 - In the Back Chart, the arrow for "End 34 (42, 50 ½, 58 ½)" should be moved 1 stitch to the left. The pattern repeat box is correct, it just needs that one extra stitch on the final repeat to center the pattern.

Page 4 - In the chart key, the k symbol instruction should read "k on the RS, p on the WS" and the p symbol instruction should read "p on the RS, k on the WS".

09.28.09 There are two clarifications made in the Sleeve instructions.

Page 5 - Column 1 under Right Sleeve, row 2 now reads:
"Row 2 (WS): [K2, p2] 13 (14, 15, 15, 16, 17, 18) times, pm, k2, p2, k2, p1, pfb—61 (65, 69, 69, 73, 77, 81) sts."

Page 5 - Column 2 under Left Sleeve, row 2 now reads:
"Row 2 (WS): P3, [k2, p2] 12 (13, 14, 14, 15, 16, 17) times, k2, CO 8 stitches."
