Page 2 - The sleeve schematic has been changed slightly:

The sleeve length measuring from the underarm should extend down to the cast on edge, not to the end of the cuff.

The cuff measurements on the right side has been changed to 3" / 7.5 cm for all sizes.

Page 5 - The chart has been revised to reflect a sunburst in knit stitches on a background of purl stitches. Furthermore, a new twisted stitch symbol defined as "purl through back loop on RS, knit through back loop on WS" has been added. This replaces the twisted stitch symbol that was on the left side of the chart and the right side of each sunburst flare.

Page 5 - The chart has had a minor revision. Ssk has been added so that row 43 now reads: P15, yo, k1, ssk, yob, k1, ssk, p24.

Page 4 - Under Sides, left column, 2 rows have been rewritten so that the rib pattern is maintained.

Row 1 (RS): K2, [p2, k2] 4 times, sl next 8 sts to cn and hold to front of work, [p2, k2] twice, then [p2, k2] twice from cn.

Row 11: K2, sl next 8 sts to cn and hold to back of work, [p2, k2] twice, then [p2, k2] from cn, [p2, k2] 4 times.

Page 4 - Row 25 of the Body Chart has been revised to include 2 additional sts. At the beginning, the first 4 stitches should be: "K3, p1, k1, left lifted increase...." At the end, the last the last 6 stitches should be: "....right lifted increase, k1, p1, k3."

Page 1 - In the left column under Gauge, the second gauge should read: "17 sts and 17 rows = 4" / 10 cm worked in slipped rib pattern (Rows 76–77 of Body Chart)."

Page 1 - Under Gauge in the left column, the second gauge should now read: "24 sts and 21 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Cable Motif on larger needles after blocking".

Page 1 - Middle column, under Body: In the Dec to Waist section, RS and WS decreases have been switched as follows:

"RS Dec rows are worked as follows: * Work in est pattern to 2 sts before marker, ssp, work to next marker, p2tog...."

"WS Dec rows are worked as follows: *Work in est pattern to 2 sts before marker, k2tog, work to next marker, ssk...."

Page 5 - Under Sleeves, Row 1 (WS) now reads: "K3, p2, *k4, p4; rep from * to last 9 sts, k4, p2, k3."

Page 1, right column - Just above the "Finishing" headline, the bind off row has been revised to read: "Next row (WS): With larger needle, BO as follows: * P2tog, p1, return sts to left needle, rep from * to end."

The chart that is used in all 3 versions of the pattern—the combined childs and womens, the childs, and the womens—has been changed. Although it is on different pages in each pattern, the changes are the same throughout.

Sts 10 and 17 on row 8, and sts 5 and 22 on row 32 should be knit through back loop on RS, purl through back loop on WS.

Page 1 - Under Yarn, the terms "MC" and "CC" have been removed.

Page 1 - A fifth note has been added: "For a fraternal pair of socks as shown, use Woodside Gold as MC and Undyed as CC for the right sock. For the left sock, use Undyed as MC and Woodside Gold as CC."

Page 2 - In the chart symbol color key, "MC" has been replaced with "Undyed" and "CC" with "Woodside Gold".

Page 3 - In the heel section of the Right Leg Chart, all purl symbols, increase symbols and decrease symbols from Rows 38-70 have been moved 1 stitch to the left. All purl stitches are now MC/Undyed, and all increases and decreases are now CC/Woodside Gold. Also, the last stitch of Row 70 (before the no-stitch symbols) has been changed from MC/Undyed to CC/Woodside Gold.

Page 6 - In the Left Leg Chart, stitch 33 has been changed to CC/Woodside Gold in Rows 1-10, 18-27 and 29-31.

Page 6 - In the heel section of the Left Leg Chart, all M1 increases and the 4 stitches immediately below each M1 have been changed to MC/Undyed.

Page 3 - Column 2 (directions), line 4 should be: "Next row (WS): Sl 1, k5, purl, picking up wraps...."

Page 3 - Column 2 (directions), next to last line should be: "Next row (WS): Sl 1, k5, p to 2 sts more than the row before, picking up wrap when you come to it, w&t."

Page 5 - Line3 should be: "Next row (RS): Knit." The rest of the sentence has been deleted.

Page 1 - In the third column, the fourth paragraph should read:

Chart 2: All odd-numbered Right Side rows begin with "Slip 1, p1, k1, p1" and end with "p1, k1, p1, k1". All even-numbered Wrong Side rows begin with "Slip 1, p1, k1, p1" and end with "p1, k1, p1, k1".

Page 4 - In the first column, the last line should read "....using Gray for cuff and working from Chart C."

Page 3 - Measurements for the Back width on the schematic have been revised. (The back width measurements are the set of numbers under the Back diagram which span the width of the diagram.) They should read: "17 (18 ½, 20, 21 ½, 22 ¾, 24 ¼, 25 ¾, 27 ¼)" / 43 (47, 51, 54.5, 58, 61.5, 65.5, 69) cm".

Page 2 - Row 19, stitch 4 on the chart for Sizes 18, 20 and 22” / 45.5, 51 and 56 cm ONLY (right chart) has been changed from purl (box with a filled-in circle) to knit (empty box). It now begins: "P3, k3...."

Page 3: In the symbol key, the last symbol in the right column has been redefined as "k3tog, k2tog, pass 2nd st over".

Page 4, Chart C, row 3, column 6: The k tbl has been replaced by a ssk; there is a note for the ssk indicating that "At the beginning of the row only, work this stitch as knit through back loop".

Page 4, Chart C, row 3, column 23: The k tbl has been replaced by a k2tog; there is a note for the k2tog indicating that "At the end of the row only, work this stitch as knit through back loop".

Page 2, column 1: In the second paragraph under "Edging", the second line now reads: "...across the motifs, and working 8 sts into the..."

Page 4, Chart C: This chart has been revised. Six instances of single decreases have been changed to double decreases, and 17 "knit" stitches have been changed to "no stitch" stitches.

Page 2, column 3: Row 9 now reads: "K2, work Row 1 of Chart C 10 times, work Chart D once, work Row 1 of Chart C 10 times, work Section A of Chart C once more, k2. 473 sts."

Page 2, column 3: The third paragraph from the end should read: "Using size 7 US / 4.5 mm needles, knit remaining sts from waste yarn along neck edge of shawl, working [k1, p1] 4 times into each chain loop at the crochet joins."

Page 3, chart A, row 14, stitch 16: The knit stitch has been changed to no stitch.

Page 3, chart B, Row 20, stitches 2, 23, 44: The knit stitch has been changed to no stitch.

Page 4, chart C: The lower left hand chart note should read: At center corner of piece, work this st as (k1, p1) 4 times into the double yo."

Page 3 - In the left column, under Sizes 32 ½, 37 ½, 39 ¾, 44 ¾, and 55" / 82, 94.5, 101, 113.5, and 140) cm ONLY, the stitch count after Row 9 should read: "27 (30, 34, 37, -, -,47)  sts".

This is the same change for page 4, in the left column, under the same sizes, after Row 9.

Page 3 - In the left column, under Sizes Sizes 49 ½ and 52" / 126 and 132 cm ONLY, the stitch count after Row 9 should read: "- (-, -, -, 40, 43, -) sts".

This is the same change for page 4, in the left column, under the same sizes, after Row 9.

Page 3 - In the left column, under All Sizes, the stitch count after Row 10 should read: "46 (49, 53, 56, 59, 62, 66) sts".

This is the same change for page 4, in the left column, under the All sizes, after Row 10.

Page 4 - Under Neckband, rows 7 and 9–11 have been revised:

Row 7: Change to smaller needle. K1, * p1, k1; rep from * to last 6 sts, work buttonhole bind-off as above, p1, k1.

Rows 9–11: This was formerly rows 9–10.

Row 12: This was formerly row 11.

Page 4 - In the right column, the 12th line should read: "... then p- (-, -, 3, 4, 4, 4), p1 tbl, purl to marker, ..."
