Anne Hanson

wow, this is a hard one for me; as much as I love fashion, I have apparently not attached personal emancipation to particular fashion items. I did have this one hand-me-down raincoat when i was about 8-10 years old though, that I loved; it was a very dark black watch plaid and the style was all Sherlock Holmes, with the capelet-winged sleeves and everything. I remember feeling completely powerful and official in it, though I'm sure I looked ridiculous (it must have been my Harriet-the-spy period).
