Kristen TenDyke

The best thing I was taught how to do wasn’t taught to me by any one particular person, but through the actions and advice of those who have influenced me throughout my life—mostly family and close friends. It’s to lovingly accept myself where I’m at, and to continue to move forward no matter what. I take this practice into all that I do; that’s why it’s the best.
