I’m still smiling about the bag of oranges that I brought home from San Francisco last winter. They came from a friend’s back yard, and they tasted more sweet and floral than any orange I’ve ever tasted before or since. How utterly decadent to sit in my still-frozen New England home and nibble on these perfect fruits.
