My first thought was to say lobsters from Nova Scotia, except I always eat them there before I leave. So I suppose it would have to be Éphémère beer from Quebec. It is bottle fermented with apple must and comes in seasonal flavours, and it is absolutely delicious. For whatever reason, even though you can get other Unibroue products in my province, they will not special order that one in unless you order a skid. Now, I drink a lot of beer, but I just don’t have the space for a skid.
