Christa Giles

My mother taught my sister and me to cook basic meals for our family when we were kids, but the habit didn’t stick. I have been watching cooking shows for a few years, and am now inspired to put together tasty meals for my partners. Most recent lesson learned? The timing of adding different vegetables into a coconut curry sauce, so they will all end up with the perfect amount of crunch when the dish is served. Next challenge? Trying my hand at baking again, beyond the simplest five-minute bread recipes!
