I love the taste and texture of fresh-from-the-crock-pot rice pudding. I make it with brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice mix, and dried cranberries that become delicious bursts of tangy sweetness to offset the creamy base of rice. A batch made with almond milk means my live-in sweetie can’t share, so I get to enjoy it for breakfast, dessert, and snacks throughout the day!
