My husband makes a mean chicken soup that starts with all the leftover bits of two store-bought roasted chickens, a pound of carrots and some other necessary items, and ends with a five-gallon pot of noodle-filled goodness. The wonderful thing is that the leftovers just keep getting even more delicious. The hardest part is getting my share before it’s all gone!
