Every Friday we feature one of the garments from the magazine in a post about styling. We suggest different ways to wear the garment in question using mock-ups from Polyvore. We encourage readers to tell us what they think about these outfits via our Facebook page or Twitter, and if folks want to make their own outfits, please tweet them at us with the hashtag #twiststyle. You can find all of the Style Friday posts here.

Did you see it? We launched a new issue yesterday. My prescription is a big mug of something tasty and warm (apple cider, or hot chocolate maybe?) and a long slow flip through the pages and back again. Have you picked a favourite yet?

Toronto is covered in a blanket of snow. It happened suddenly, yesterday in the early evening. It often snows on my birthday, and I like waking up to my next year with the world sparkly and changed. The snow and the new Winter Twist both feel like presents just for me, but I support you enjoying them along with me. While it snowed I ate cupcakes and drank old fashioneds and laughed until the wee hours with a small crew of delightful humans.

Whether you're holiday party-hopping, spending time around a cozy fire, shovelling snow, or shopping your face off, Naturalist can take you there.

both versions, front detail

Naturalist is a snuggly sweater for any gender. I love the pop of colour at the collar and hems, and the chevron patterning.

A squishy worsted yarn makes this a pleasure to knit, and also a speedy project.
