Every Friday we feature one of the garments from the magazine in a post about styling. We suggest different ways to wear the garment in question using mock-ups from Polyvore. We encourage readers to tell us what they think about these outfits via our Facebook page or Twitter, and if folks want to make their own outfits, please tweet them at us with the hashtag #twiststyle. You can find all of the Style Friday posts here.

Happy Friday fashion friends! I am of the opinion that these late December days are for maximum laziness. I hope you have been getting a chance to put your feet up, crack a book or two, watch a season of something gripping but ineffectual, or whatever activities make you feel rested and recharged.

Maybe you want to make the speediest sweater ever, like this beauty, knit on 9mm needles. Just think about how quickly you could go from having a pile of squishy delicious yarn (this stuff is basically roving with a light twist) to having this pretty thing to wear!!

My roombabes and I are indulging in our annual tradition of getting the heck out of the city for New Year's Eve, because our idea of a party involves pyjamas and board games and a dog named Fox. Confectionary is the kind of sweater that can keep you company (and keep you snuggly warm) whether your style is proper adult, boozy board games, or fancy party; just adjust the level of sparkle according to your preference.

How will you wear Confectionary
