Knitting books are awesome. There is something about eye-candy you can hold in your hand, and they often have helpful notes on technique, not to mention the patterns!
I use them the same way I use cookbooks; I don't use the recipes exactly, but I use their ideas, take bits and pieces away to sprinkle on other things. Imagine the sorts of inspirational sprinkles you could add to your knitting with some of these in your arsenal!!
